A: Previously, the best way was to search on meetup.com, or to ask on the main Facebook group "Sydney Badminton Players". However, we are actively expanding our network of social sessions to make it easier to look for a social near you!

A: Stay updated on upcoming tournaments through the official Events Calendar from Badminton Australia. Additionally, local/non-sanctioned tournaments exist and can be found on Tournament Software. Hopefully, we will have a News Feed to display this information to all Sydneysiders soon!
Q: What equipment do I need to play badminton?
A: Basic equipment includes a racket, shuttlecocks, and appropriate footwear. Check with the venue to see if they have racket hire, used shuttlecocks and their policy on non-marking court shoes.
